I am an illustrator & muralist fascinated with the wide ranging benefits of public art. The goal of my practice is to create pieces that are accessible, uplifting, and beneficial for the community. Heavily inspired by the field of Neuroaesthetics, I strive to strategically incorporate findings from various disciplines such as cognitive neuroscience, psychology, and art theory to create designs that are more than the sum of their parts.
The Flutter is a modular mural inspired by the Glasgow Wild Spaces project. It is a non-linear storytelling of the Small Tortoiseshell butterfly lifecycle, designed to educate and inspire primary school students.
