This project operates through an iterative dialogue between analysis and design, where large-scale hydrological mapping is progressively translated into site-specific spatial interventions. Rather than imposing fixed forms, the proposal works with existing forces—tide, river flow, and surface runoff—to structure three distinct yet interrelated landscape conditions.
