Jessica Bolevin is an Illustrator and Storyteller based in London. She is currently studying BA illustration at Edinburgh College of Art. She specialises in working on-site with collections and heritage sites, and has authored many of her own picture books.

Granny’s Lost Her Marbles explores a child’s relationship with their grandparent, and how they manage the gradual loss of a grandparent. The story is told through the care of the older child for their younger sibling, and follows their imaginary travels with Granny whilst they go through their night-time routine.

The Perfect Stick follows misunderstood Alex, as he engages with imaginative play. Instead of teaching the reader to follow rules, it encourages individuality, pushing boundaries and challenging peers in a safe environment.
